When will tickets ship? How do I update my shipping address?

Tickets will ship to you about a month before the festival. If you need to change your shipping address, log in to your account, click “sign in” then manage your order and shipping address there. 

If you do not receive your wristband by the week before the event, please reach out to Front Gate Tickets to report them missing. You can then visit the Box Office before heading to the festival to receive a replacement. Please bring your order confirmation from Front Gate Tickets and your government issued ID with you to the Box Office.
